F.A.Q.

Follow these steps to get the crap moving again;

1) Until the service-man is finished clearing the blockage, stop using your drains. If you must use the toilet, don't flush. If you must use the sinks, plug your sinks to prevent water from going down the drains.

2) Call our recommended Drain Cleaner to get quality service

3) Determine if you have a sewer-back-up clause coverage on your property insurance. If you do, and there is damage to your home and contents, call a Fire, Flood Restoration company to start the clean-up right away. These firms will clean-up the mess and deal with the insurance company direct. If you are not insured, you will want to disinfect all the affected areas. Sewer can cause you health problems once water dries and the left over sludge becomes air-borne (not good).

There are things you can do to keep your drains running smoothly such as watching what you flush down,  root removal from the sewer-lines. Call us to discuss this if you wish.
